Your mission
You will own and drive our People & Culture operations — ensuring that our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on employee and candidate experience. From HR administration to recruiting, you take full responsibility and continuously improve our ways of working as we scale. You will be the go-to person for our team in all operational HR matters, ensuring compliance, structure, and an outstanding employee journey.
And: You’ll play a key role in shaping our People & Culture setup as we grow and make sure our team loves to work here.
Your tasks will include:
Managing and optimizing the end-to-end recruiting process for both tech and business roles — from job posting, active sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and final offers.
Taking full ownership of a positive candidate experience with fast feedback loops, structured processes, and transparent communication.
Designing and executing structured onboarding and offboarding journeys.
Leading HR administration and document management across the entire employee lifecycle.
Managing and further developing our HR tool (Personio) and ensuring data quality and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with German labor law, data protection, and health & safety standards in all People Ops activities.
Preparing HR data and reports (HR analytics).
Collaborating with our People & Culture Lead on strategic projects — such as internal goal-setting, learning & development frameworks, and culture initiatives.
Continuously analyzing and improving our processes, bringing in new ideas and best practices as we grow.
