At avoltra, we help energy-intensive companies optimize their full energy lifecycle: from forecasting to procurement to flexibility monetization. We’re building the agentic operating system for how large industrial players manage energy.

As our Chief of Staff, you work side-by-side with the founders and take execution off their plate across sales, customer success, operations, and special projects. This is a broad, hands-on role with a strong prospects and customer facing core.

To be clear: this is an execution-heavy role. The fastest way into a company being built, not a senior strategy seat. You are an operator and a force multiplier from day one, not a passive supporter and not an advisor.

And importantly: this role is designed to grow with you. Prove yourself, and it becomes a launchpad into growing within avoltra.

🚀 Go-to-market & customer support

  • Build pipeline. Run sharp, outbound and watch your work turn into real enterprise meetings.
  • Make us sell better. Build the decks, one-pagers, and business cases that close deals.
  • Drive marketing. Newsletters, social, events, webinars, you make them happen.
  • Drive customer outcomes. Turn calls into success stories, upsell angles, product feedback, and next steps.

    • ⚙️ Founder support & operations

  • Work directly with the founders. Act as an extension of the founding team across strategic and operational topics.
  • Investor & business support. Assist with investor updates, reporting, and preparation of key materials.
  • Keep the machine running. Support finance, people ops, and internal processes as we scale. The unglamorous work that makes a company real.
  • Automate with AI. Build AI workflows across sales, marketing, and operations so we scale output, not headcount.
  • Drive special projects. Take ownership of high-priority topics such as market research or other initiatives.
  • Help build the team. Actively source candidates, run first screens, and keep hiring moving.

  • 1–3 years in a startup, consulting, or another high-intensity environment or an exceptional recent graduate with strong startup/GTM internships.
  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
  • Based in Munich, Nuremberg or ready to relocate.

    You’ll work with me to build up a strong pipeline that converts into actual revenue.

    With a background in Industrial Design (OTH Regensburg, TU Munich, Stanford) and Technology Management (CDTM), I’m passionate about building user-centric products that make complex systems accessible. At avoltra, I focus on shaping the product vision and translating real-world procurement challenges into clear workflows and intuitive UX.

    You'll work with me to ensure our product matches the market demands.

    I co-founded and scaled Cliniserve, a health-tech startup, as CTO for seven years. I enjoy building systems that solve real problems and helping others grow. I value open communication and continuous learning.

    We’ll build a solid tech foundation, pairing on architecture, infrastructure, and clean code to scale the platform with confidence.
