About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial SDR/BDR to help us build Juna’s commercial engine. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Founding AE, driving the top of our sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to outbound campaigns, automations, and first customer interactions.
This role is perfect for someone who’s already gained 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, loves building relationships, and wants to grow fast in an early-stage AI company tackling real-world industrial problems.

Your Role
- Identify and reach out to high-potential manufacturing companies (food, chemicals, cement, paper, etc.)
- Research accounts, build targeted outreach campaigns, and engage decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and events
- Experiment with sales automation tools and continuously improve our lead generation process
- Support creation of sales materials, demos, and case studies with the broader team
- Work closely with our AE to qualify leads and build a predictable pipeline
