About Us

At PureSurf, we have developed a modular synthetic platform to produce novel, bio-based, and multipurpose surfactants. Our mission is to decarbonize the surfactant industry without compromising performance, aiming for cost-neutral substitution. To achieve this ambitious vision, we are seeking a Chief Business Officer (CBO) / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy, drive market expansion, and position PureSurf on the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead B2B sales efforts and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Conduct market research, analyse data, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align business goals with the company’s mission.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the surfactant industry or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Proven expertise in developing market entry strategies, customer segmentation, and partnership development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Commitment to sustainability and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Intrinsic motivation to learn and grow alongside a passionate team.
